Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our guests as best as possible. However, cancellations affect our operations and availability. Therefore, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

• Cancellations made 8 to 15 days prior to the check-in date will incur a cancellation fee of 35% of the total booking cost.

• Cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to the check-in date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking cost.

• Cancellations made 0 to 1 day(s) prior to the check-in date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total booking cost.

• In addition to the cancellation fee, the applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) will also be charged upon cancellation of the booking.
   

Refund Policy

We strive to process refunds promptly and efficiently. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Refunds will be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the cancellation request.

• Once initiated, the refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method within 10 to 12 working days.
